Here’s something a lot of studios in Los Angeles won’t tell you upfront. When they quote you a rental rate, they’re quoting you an empty box. Four white walls, a concrete floor, and maybe some overhead lights if you’re lucky. Everything else is your problem. The furniture. The decorations. The Cafe/Bar has tables, chairs, bar stools, and shelving with bottles and glassware.
These aren’t random items we found at a garage sale. Every prop is chosen specifically for how it reads on camera. The colors work with the lighting. The textures show up properly in 4K. The scale is correct for cinematic framing. We’ve tested every item under professional lighting conditions because we know that’s what matters.
You can also rearrange and customize within reason. Want to move the couch to the other wall? Go ahead. Need to clear the desk for a specific shot? No problem. Want to add your own props to supplement what we have? That’s fine too. The base environment is built. You just adjust it for your specific scene.

The same applies to the Office. Add some tech company branding and it’s a startup. Add vintage typewriters and rotary phones and it’s a 1970s newsroom. Add government seals and flags and it’s a federal building. The foundation is solid. You just layer your story on top of it.
